Who am I?

All of my work is driven by one common factor – a passion for enabling people to be the best they can be, whatever that means for them.

I have worked as an organisation and behaviour change specialist for over 20 years, with experience across a range of sectors and business situations, including: merger, financial recovery and business growth. I have proven success at transforming not only structures and the way people work, but also cultures and the way people think. I have delivered behaviour change programmes for corporate clients, including Bank of New York Mellon, British Airways, Heineken, Telefonica O2 and Nationwide Building SocietyI left corporate life in 2010, established an Organisation Development consultancy and trained as a Coach.

My training as a Co-active Coach, with the Coaches Training Institute, provides the foundation of my coaching approach. I coach people from the belief that they are naturally creative, resourceful and whole; absolutely capable of finding their own answers. I also draw on other coaching models and leadership theory, as well as years of experience in leadership roles and leading complex behaviour change initiatives.

Throughout my life and career I have seen, and experienced, what it takes to be a high performer, and the price that is often paid in the pursuit of success. I strongly believe that real, sustained success is only achieved when a person understands themselves – allowing them to see things differently, explore new ideas and set their own standards of excellence, whatever the context.

I love to travel and have been lucky enough to pursue my passions for adventure and the outdoors in some amazing places. I also enjoy curling up in front of the fire at my home in Somerset, with my family and other animals!
