Coaching within organisations


I understand the realities of working within organisations and know from experience what a difference coaching can make to an individual and to the organisation.

My coaching is an effective way to release potential, enable wellbeing, and address performance issues. It is supportive, inspiring and challenging in equal measure.

I have proven experience of working at all levels within the private and public sectors.

Additional consultancy support is available to the client if required. This will be agreed and contracted separately, either alongside or following the coaching programme. I also run experiential group sessions to build coaching capability within teams. 


I use a number of coaching approaches, depending on the organisation’s needs, including:

1. Specific Issue/Goal Coaching

This is a time limited approach, committing to progressing with a specific issue or goal within a set number of coaching sessions. This is a useful approach to make decisions, enable the pursuit of a specific goal or resolve an immediate issue.

2. Leadership Development Coaching

This is a longer-term approach, where the individual explores how they can develop within their role. I work with leaders, and emerging talent, to enable them to develop their leadership identity and capability, to become the most authentic leaders they can be.

3. Executive Coaching/Sounding Board

This is a longer-term approach, where the purpose of coaching is to support and act as a sounding board for senior leaders and executives, as they explore professional, personal and business issues. Senior roles can feel isolated and as an external coach I help clients think through concerns, approaches and issues.
